Ingredients you'll need

Step 1: Puree the strawberries in a food processor or blender.

Step 2: Add all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, raising agents and beetroot powder, if using) to a bowl and mix.

Step 3: Add all the wet ingredients including the strawberry puree, milk, oil, vinegar and mix.

Step 4: Divide the cupcake batter in your lined muffin pan. Bake in preheated oven for 18-20 minutes.

Step 5: Decorate with strawberry buttercream or strawberry cream cheese frosting. Enjoy!
