Date: Friday 31st May, 2019
Location: Highroad Cafe, 1 Woolley St, Dickson
You are invited to indulge in this collaborative dinner prepared with love by Anthea from Rainbow Nourishments and Lilian from Lily’s Vegan Kitchen. We’ve been curating a special menu to celebrate the comforting flavours and warm colours of Autumn produce. You will enjoy dishes such as a platter of handmade vegan cheeses, wholesome vegetable lasagne, pumpkin quiche and citrus meringue tart (and a lot more). All of your senses will be delighted in the beautiful Highroad Cafe in Dickson, a contemporary and friendly space.
Vegan alcoholic beverages from local wineries and suppliers will be available on the evening at an extra cost.
This will be an environmentally-responsible event, in line with the philosophies of Rainbow Nourishments and Lily’s Vegan Kitchen. There will be careful calculations of how much food is needed, all food waste will be composted and appropriate waste will be recycled through the local council or in soft plastic recycling bins. Most pantry ingredients will be from The Source Bulk Foods (Dickson), a plastic free and zero-waste store. Guests are encouraged to bring reusable takeaway containers for any food that you cannot consume.
After making your booking, please contact Anthea at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to be seated with certain people or if you have a preference for indoor or sheltered and heated outdoor seating.
