In this unique event, Anthea from Rainbow Nourishments will combine her love for traditional high tea with selected East Asian flavours from her childhood. Guests will enjoy six plentiful plant-based courses accompanied by local tea blends and kombucha. All ingredients will be locally sourced and include organic ingredients from Naked Foods in Braddon.
The event will be held at the Kith and Nosh cafe in Braddon, a contemporary and down to earth wholefoods cafe. Each guest will also take home a curated gift bag valued at $20 containing food and wellbeing products (and more!).
The tentative menu is below:This will be an environmentally-responsible event, in line with Rainbow Nourishments’ philosophy. There will be careful calculations of how much food is needed, all food waste will be composted and appropriate waste will be recycled through the local council or in soft plastic recycling bins.
